DECLARATION BY THE CANDIDATE

1. I am seeking admission on my own accord.
2. All information furnished in the application from is correct to the best of my knowledge. I understand, that in the event of any information is found incorrect or False, or if, I discontinue my study (Course) during session in any way my admission may be cancelled without any refund of fee and I will not claim it through any competent court of law.
3. I agree to abide by the fee Refund Rules & Regulations as mentioned and amended time to time.
4. I undertake to remain in the Collage/University as a disciplined student and abide by the orders issued time to time by the authorities of the Collage/Department.
5. If I do not complete the attendance as per the requirement of the University, I shall not be allowed to appear in the University Examination.
6. I understand that FEES once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
7. Scholarship & Reservation will be as per the norms of UGC/University /Govt only.
